....Bake a muffin like tim hortons or any othe coffee shop makes them. So the top is harder and yummier than the bottom

I'm not sure but maybe you could glaze the top with something. LIquidated sugar might burn too fast though. I guess shortening/oil/butter could work.

Use a muffin cap pan...

just put more in the muffin cups, then it will overflow and give that appearance. and as for the taste.. i don't know, find a reallllly good recipe i guess
