If you are referring to the changing profile picture, then use a website such as http://picasion.com/ or http://gickr.com/

You need to make an animated gif. I use Paint Shop Pro for this. You make each photo a frame in the animation and set the length of time each one shows and repeat until all the photos are there. I wouldn't use large photos. Make them smaller first to make it a file size that won't take forever to load on the internet.
