You need to leave tips this is how they make there living and as mike said most of the tim its shared so if you dont tip even the minimum THEY LOSE PERSONALLY for your shortcomings

It is an insult not to leave money. Please don't do this to us. We don't work in the industry for our health..or the $3. an hour...

YOU DON'T!!! Most people that are waiters and waitresses pay a certain percentages of their sales to bussers, host, bar, and food runners. That means that when someone does not leave a tip ($$$), they are actually costing the waiter or waitress money out of their pockets. This is standard practice in dinners, casual restaurants, and even fine dinning.

Please be do not be that person that stiffs those people that work so hard to make your eating experience pleasant.
