How do you "sell" yourself in business?

To get clients. I have a bakery business. How do I learn how to sell myself and the desserts I make?

Conveying confidence is huge. If others see you excited about what you're doing, they'll get excited about trying it out. I just wrote web copy for a bakery and they're doing everything they can to drive traffic to it. I'd say you need to start with a logo and slogan for your business. Then have a website developed. You don't have to spend a fortune. Maybe trade out services. Then have some business cards made up and get busy handing them out with a confident smile!

Branding. You could make the best desserts in the world, but no one will know about them until you put your own slice of branding into it. ie.. McDonalds has the big mac, mcrib, and mcflurry to make there burger or shake sound that much more appetizing.
