  2. when you race 1 person race,

    you have the options of

    Grand Prix

    Time Trials

    Vs

    Battle

    go to the Time Trials to race the computer staff ghost.

    You need to beat the staff ghost by atleast 7-10seconds, to unlock the Expert staff ghost
