Okay. I wanna know how you can raise your metabolism rate. Pls give tips and/or accurate advice/answers. THANK Y0U.

  1. yeah above is right. intense cardio workout is the best way.


  2. Exercise and eat 5 portioned meals a day rather then 3 big meals.  Also, their is a lot of diet supplements, the company EA makes one called Thema Dymanix, I thought that worked really well.  Good Luck.

    Also, someone told me magnesium works well with that, you can get that at GNC.  Ask them about other diet supplements

  4. Eating smaller meals more frequently, exercising and building muscle.

  5. stick to 6-8 hours of sleep.. get used to that amount, if u have to take a nap mid day take one for about 30 mins or less, it dont seem like much but it is better to take shorter napsthen longer ones.. eat 3-6 small meals instead of large ones which tend to wear u down and make u lazy... STAY AWAY FROM ENERGY SUPPLEMENTS!!!

    when u take energy stuff in the long run ur body gets addicted to them and in turn when u stop you will always be tired and it will throw everything off.. that means diet pills that are stimulants, monster rockstars any thing lke that.. coffee and pop is in the neighborhood cuz of the caffiene but daxn it!,  i love coffee lol! just cut back onthings that have caffiene.. u should be good to go...i have awesome metabolisim.. and istay away from all those thing .. except COFFEE MMMMM COFFEE !!!!

    Extending the time between meals makes your body go into "starvation mode"

    2.Drink water.

    make sure you drink appropriate amount of water.

    3.Boost metabolism temporarily with aerobic exercise.

    the important thing is to raise your heart rate and sustain the activity for approximately 30 minutes.

    4.Boost metabolism in the long run with weight training.

    The more muscle you build, the higher your resting metabolic rate.

  7. Raising your metabolism is a bit tricky. The best way to do it is to build muscle. The reason for this being that muscle fibers burn calories at 8x the normal rate as fat cells, so the more muscle you have, the quicker you burn calories. Hope this helps.

  8. Eat every hour. Eat a nice healthy breakfast...an hour later eat a banana...an hour later eat some raisins....an hour later eat a mango...or whatever...but if you eat smaller and more often it can raise it up.

  9. I'm just speaking from what I have learned, try to excersise daily so you get the hang of sweating. If you are a type that hardly excersises there is no way your going to have a high motabolism.try to play sports and If you aren't that great bring some of ure friends that are good so that they can help you and incourage you to strive for more. :)
