Remember the outrage from the left when Saturday Night Live did a stupid little skit that poked at Chelsea a little bit?  I guess the left has no qualms about smearing a pretty, perfectly healthy teenage daughter of Palin.

What's an example of Swift Boating that you've seen?

It's not these facts:

That she asked "what exactly is it that the VP does every day?" on a TV interview (there's tape).

That she believes in creationism?

That she doesn't believe that humans have contributed to global warming?

That she's so against abortion she won't allow it in case of rape or incest?

Swift Boating is lying about someone's record or character. These are all facts.

The right keeps insisting that the term "swift boating" refers to disclosing previously unknown factual information about a candidate.  Your question implies just the opposite, that the term refers to slanderous accusations.  Which is it?

There were articles in Alaska newspapers months ago that talked about some peculiarities regarding Palin's last pregnancy.  It's not a new subject, created by bloggers since McCain made the announcement of her as his VP pick.

Children are off limits in my world and Both  Parties should follow my lead on that. I tried to get  the republicans on this site to agree with me on that when they were calling Obama's kids ugly and annoying, but trashing those kids were ok Then. I am sure it has all of a sudden become Classless.

Do you have any facts? or are we supposed to just accept your word?  I haven't seen anyone attack her kids.  She is a good mom, she should stay in Alaska and continue to be one.  

As for Palin's qualifications... I have a problem with anyone who has no foreign policy experience and has only been a governor of one of the least populated states in the country for little more than a year being a heart beat away from the Oval Office. Especially when the President is ancient and has cancer.

First of all the term swift-boating should stand for facts and truth.  If you ever read or listened to the vast majority of people that served with John Kerry they are the ones that wrote the swift-boat accounts.  They are based on facts with documentation.  There were a few people that served with John Kerry that supported him and he paid them a lot of money.  One of these men was confronted by the "swift-boaters" and couldn't look them in the eye or answer any questions.  The man supporting John Kerry knew he had sole his sole and our country for cash.  Communist Viet Nam knows what Democrat John Kerry did for them.  The Communist gov't has a war museum and at its center in the most reverend place hung a paiting of John Kerry with the story of how he won the war for the Communists against the United States of America.  This is well documented.

If you term wrongly means falsely accusing Sarah Palin of raising a child that may not be hers I don't know see anything wrong with bringing a child that need help into your own home to love and raise as your own.  This is a strong contrast to Barrack Obama that voted 3 times to allow living children outside the womb to be killed if the mother's intent was to abort the child.  I'll take that comparison of good Republican vs. evil pro-murder Democrat any day.
