  1. Hi there..

    It is easy to enable Background Tab in Display Properties with help of Registry Editor. Please copy following text and paste it in notepad then save it with .reg extension. After then, simply run save .reg file.

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\

    Software\Microsoft\Windows\

    CurrentVersion\Policies\system]

    "NoDispBackgroundPage"=-

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\

    Software\Microsoft\Windows\

    CurrentVersion\Policies\system]

    "NoDispBackgroundPage"=-
