  1. you will float back to the top. make sure to hold your breath when you hit the water. that way you won't start breathing in water. if it's your first time swimming, then i would have someone help you learn how to do the basic stroke. don't run around the outside of the pool. make sure that you dont dive in the shallow part of the pool, that will hurt. dont hang on people, 'cause you can drown them. just be aware of other people, and you can always ask other people (especially the lifeguard) for help.

  2. when you jump in, just start kicking your legs and start swimming to the top, and you should recover in a few minutes. If anything happens, someone will be able to help you out.

    i couldnt find a video

  3. You automatically go right back up after you dive/jump. Just position yourself vertically and you'll shoot right back up if you use a big kick with your legs.

You can be under the surface for just 1.5 seconds. At least, that's for me in the 8 feet section, I don't even touch the bottom and I'm 5"11.

  4. you   shoot  write  back to  the top after  you  jump/dive  while  you kick  your  legs

  5. basically just swim to the top.  or you can go to the bottom and just push off and surface.  it will come naturally if you can swim.

  6. i dont have a video but i dont really know how to explain it well so if it sounds weird or if doesnt make sense then dont laugh :p well you can jump without going under. i forget what its called but once you jump you have to sorta move your arms to the side of you once you hit water. if you try that it might not work because i have no idea how to describe it and i learned it in swim class a longgg time ago. sorry :(
