I ask because it seems like the kids are learning it from their parents. I watched a blonde kid in a white up pick truck cut off people in lanes next to me. He acted like they had done him harm or antagonized him. Then he saw me and proceeded to squeeze inbetween my car and another truck in front of me. There wasn't enuff room. I was told because the area is predominantly upper income the kids have learned a sense of " the road is mine" mentality. -generally these are teen kids.. their parents have bought them very expensive high end vehicles.
