How do you react when your sexual partner does something during s*x which you find unappealing?

If it kills the mood I tell him. Usually he apologizes and gives me a few minutes to recover before trying again, usually with something more familiar. You should have an open enough relationship that you don't have to worry about those things.

This depends on what he has done, there are some that you stop him/her immediately some others you can leave to be addressed later.

I gently stop him from continuing and request that he does something else that does please me.  If it hurts, you can stop him without the gentleness.  If he does not respect your wishes in bed, he is not the right partner for you (or anyone else for that matter).

Tell your partner what your dislikes and likes are as well as your turn ons and turn offs. If they don't respect your feelings then something is wrong.

I kind of get it... but most things are kewl with me... however... when my wife starts talking about changing the paint on the ceiling.. I roll over and go to sleep.

I think people don't talk enoughabout what they like in the bedroom. It's like s*x is taboo or something when really it is the most intimate journey you can experience. This paradox just doesnt make sense don't you agree?
