How do you read these guitar tabs?!?

I'm trying to teach myself to play guitar this summer...i can play but finding it hard to figure out this kind of tab music!! I'd appreciate some help!!xx

  2. E=Thickest/lowest sounding string

    e=thinnest/highest sounding string

    numbers refer to fret fingering on specific string. read left to right for order.

    numbers on top of each other mean you play the relevant notes/strings at same time.

    takes time to get used too but easier than notation.

  3. the easiest way to understand this is this.

    there are Six strings that you see there .

    and in each string there is a number: the number indicates to you the fret. usually it runs from left to right . I play it and it sounds like a minor pentatonic scale or a harmonic minor

  4. The numbers represent theposition on the fret board.

    so to start you would put your first and second fingers on the 6th fret on the D and A strings and your third finger would be placed on the 4th fret on the E string, since they are all in straight line you strum them all together, nect you put your finger on the 4th fret of the A string then the 7th fret of the a string, so on and so on,
