How do you record a video on a Mac Computer??

i was wondering how to record videos on my mac computer.

i have the whole photobooth thing down pat, but i have no ideo what application to use for recording a video.

Yeah I did that one time! i forget which application I used but it was like I video or something like that... (photobooth is fun isn't it!)

You may try this Video Frame Capture for Mac, I always use it to record video on my Mac, my friends recommend it to me, it works pretty well.
