How do you record videos you made on the computer on to a DVD??

I am trying to copy movies on to a DVD. What is the difference between DVD-RW and DVD-R??

Download the software convert X to DVD.

It converts any kind of format to DVD format and burn it aswell.

DVD RW is a DVD rewrittable where you can burn and delete the files and reburn.

DVD R is DVD recordable where you can just burn and cannot delete and re-burn.

DVD-r means that when u write any file on the this format disk it will not be erased or added any file

DVD-RW means that when u write any file on this format disk it cn be erased and added any file any time

do u have a DVD WRITER software well u install burn express or nero

dvd-r record ONCE and dvd-rw you can record, delete the file inside the disc and record again.

To create real movie-DVD's you need a DVD authoring program, like Sony Vegas, or Pinacale Studio.

The difference of DVD-RW and DVD-R is that the RW you can re-use up to 1000 times. The R can only be filled/written to once.

The DVD-R is the most compatible disc, and will play in any player (even the oldest ones).
