  1. I use a program called hypercam its not free but there is a free version , and it just adds a little message to the top corner of your video saying "unregistered hypercam". I use this because the default settings are perfect for uploading to youtube. Theres also some none free ones out like snagit , all good tools but if you only need something simple hypercam will do the job , the output file is a .avi and  10 minute clip only takes me about 20 minutes to upload to youtube (im only on 2mb broadband) check it out here are a few of my clips made with it:

    You can add voice if you like but i have no mic so i just type stuff in notepad :P
