it is called a keylogger, you can download some from the net

but beware, there are harmful keyloggers outthere that can log your username and passwrd from the websites you access

I'm not sure whether keylogging are your intentions.

I'm going to assume you want to record what you typed in a form of a video.

This is called video screen capture and there are numerous softwares to achieve that.

My personal favourite is Hypercam and it's pretty straightforward to use.

If you find yourself struggling to use that, there are tons of videos on youtube about using Hypercam.

All keyloggers have potential risk.

furthermore, almost all of them are also registered as trojan horses in anti-virus programs. If you get scared when your anti-virus says its found one, don't look more into this.

If you want to do something malicious, then it wouldn't be on ur pc anyways. Its easy. Try Perfect Keylogger. It sets up itself practically and requires little to no computer knowledge.
