How do you recover from shots? FAST!!?

I just got 3 shots yesterday morning. i have gymnastics tonight and my arm is going to be really sore. can you please tell me how to make it not so sore?

  1. pop a pill

    =]


  2. Take a tylenol, move your arm a lot, it helps work the medicine through your system

  3. try an ice pack

  4. best thing to do right after you get the shots is to apply ice..  take some ibuprofen and keep your muscles loose
