first off you must defeat darkrai in Dark Crater. then after that you gotta recruit Palkia at the SPacial Rift. then after that do some bulliten board jobs for about 3-5 days. then after that Manaphy will be at the beach and tell you about the "Marine Resort" Then he will ask to join your team
