  1. the best program I have come across on the net is one called Infraview. I use this with cropping and all around editing of photos. You will love it!


  2. reduce the size of the picture so that the pixel get smaller

  3. You can do this without downloading any software.  Right click on the file, and select Open With, and choose Paint.  Click Image, then Stretch/Skew, and reduce the image size there.

  4. Here is a free on line photo resizer i have used it and found it easy to use and offering a good free service. no software download needed.

  5. reduce the size of the total picture

    change the "resize image" box to 1024x768

    upload

    click link for your pic

    save as new pic

  6. Download a program called IrfanView. You can Resize pictures and then resize them and save them as JPGs or whatever you need. I love it! Not really good for a lot of other editting, but good for resizing!

  7. 1 - open photoshop

    2 - open the photo (in the photoshop program)

    3 - click image - change image size

    4 - type in the size you need and press ok

    5 - save file as a jpeg or gif or whatever you want

  8. Go to your c:drive

    Go to Program Files

    Common Files

    Microsoft Shared

    Photo Ed

    PhotoEd.exe

    Once that program is open, you need to get the photo to reduce:

    File

    Open

    Find the file with the photo

    Then go to:

    Image

    Resize

    Reduce the Width to 50%

    Reduce the Height to 50%

    OK

    Then either save the photo or copy it to wherever you want it placed.
