How do you reduce the size of pics for sending ?

An easier way to resize picture would be by using Ms-Paint.

*Open a picture using Ms-paint.

*Click "CTRL+W"

*And Resize the picture in the way you want.

*Then Press  "CTRL+A", "Right click on the  

picture", go down to "Copy to" and click on it, Then  choose a folder you want to save the picture to.



*Pictures saved from ms-paint are usually in Bitmap format. So, Before you hit the save button. Choose JPEG  format for the picture on "Save type as", and hit the  save button.

may depend on what programs you have and reminder to use copy of originals, if you have camera related software, or picture album viewer like picasa , check those for edit /resize features,
