How do you refer to a widow?

In a professional manner, how would you refer to a widow in a letter? (Mrs, Ms, Mss, Miss, etc.)

She is still Mrs Doe.  Just because her husband has died does not change her title.

You still refer to her as Mrs. as a sign of respect to her marriage and deceased husband. Using Ms. is like saying her husband never existed.
