How do you refurbish / refinish golf balls? Thanks very much?

Was wondering how it is possible to get rid of scratches, discolouring, etc from golf balls and is it possible to do it from home? Thanks

Some discoloration can be remedied by placing the ball in a solution of laundry bleach. Scratches scuffs are not worth the bother because there are so many sources for good balls that are quite cheap. The best source are the " Ball Hawks " who frequent every course in the country.
