How do you make yourself as clear and focused as you are upon waking in the morning after a taxing work day?

  1. Through meditation.


  2. If I try meditation at the end of a taxing work day, I fall asleep immediately. I used to nap 20 minutes, then drink a cup of coffee or a cup of tea and then walk in the flat for a minute. This way my blood pressure increases a little bit and helps the coffee/tea to be effective. This is my recipe, not the only one though,

  5. when i'm stressed out and loses my focus,

    i usually close my eyes and take three long breathes and then slowly open the eyes.

    if it don't work, then i nap.

    a little stretch can also help too.
