How do you register as a blackfoot native american?

You will have to  go through the Tribal Office, where your parents  are enrolled, there you will have to fill out an application, you will pen down  all the names of your relatives,  your mothers mom and dad and dads mother and father, and the office will do the work for you to determine if you really deserve to be enrolled. Its just a simple way to get registered as a  native  American.

I am 1/4 blackfoot, but there are no records and the living are no more, how would I go about proving (simply for my own satisfaction) heritage?
