How do you register at a new doctors in the uk?

it depends on several things:

1) are they still accepting patients at the practice of your choice?

2) if yes are you living within the catchment area?

3) if yes are you a uk resident?

4) if yes you just go there and fill in a form with your NHS and NIN number. simple.
