After you register them one time, you can't register the same animal again. That's why they have a secret code on them.

Go to www.webkinz.com and click log in, then adopt it.  If you don't have an account, you need to make a user name (don't make it too long) and a password.  Mrs. Birdy will walk you through the adoption.  Make sure you have the tag with the code.

if u want to renew ur membership, then u can just buy a new animal and add it on to ur account
