  1. I visited a hospital for acute mentally ill people there was a punch bag hanging there.

I walked across Europe when I returned I was thin and tired and not angry at all-so peaceful-it had great psychological benefits for me.

  2. i go over to a hill by my house and scream at the top of my voice for about ten minutes, no one can hear but it always does the trick for me and beats any other method,

  3. Cry while I clean the house - works everytime.

  4. I often find it difficult to put emotions into words, so I paint or draw whatever I'm feeling instead.

  5. I tend to punch stuff and get really angry and break things.. (often my bones get broken) but I tend to find it helps.

Wouldnt suggest you do it though!! It hurts a lot more than the thing that's making you feel like that a lot of the time.

I find writing it down helps though.

  6. bash one out like a little monkey

  7. i put on a sad movie/music....have a few glasses of wine....and cry my eyes out.works for me

  8. I play sport. When things aren't going too well, I take a day off and go swimming or go to the oval and play footy.

Sport does wonders, especially when you are fuming or feeling down/depressed.

  9. Prayer, in a word. God hears all our prayers if we offer them through Jesus.

Jesus was tempted, as we are told, in all points as we are, so he understands our feelings.

We have a lovely singing group, hymns and spiritual songs. So good.
