  1. e***a. Don't use straight water. You're not allowed to do that. Swells the brain. Add salt or a generic dish soap. No fancy dish soap just something like Dove or Dawn. And don't use the whole bottle. You want soapy water. Safely cleans out your bowel. I'm not kidding with you. You'll feel great, like someone flushed your insides out. Walmart still sells the regular rubber bottles for around $11.

  3. Dulcolax...a very mild laxative....after my hospital op...i couldn't go...so the hospital said it was ok to take it!

  4. Eat a coconut.

  6. Try prune or orange juice and if that doesn't help get a laxative from the chemist.
