I think that i dont really know how to deal with stress.. i usually just cry and try not to let myself think about whatever it is thats bothering me.. but there has to be other ways. Plus i dont think that not thinking about my issues is helpful.. because then i dont deal with them. What do you guys do to relieve stress? i was thinking about going to the spa.. but im not sure. I try reading sometimes.. but my mind just wanders back to the bad stuff.. The only thing that fully works is when i get up and go out with this one particular set of friends.. but i always end up in trouble and doing horrible things with them.. but at least i dont think about my stress while im out with them. Do you guys have any alternatives or options or me? thanks
