How do you relieve stress

I am VERY stressed out constantly. My forehead is showing it and i cant get any sleep because of it. Any suggestions?

  3. Stress can be very damaging to your body.  Are you asking for natural remedies or prescription drugs?

    I would suggest seeing your family doctor and let him determine what is causing your stress and letting him help you.  Stress is hard on the heart also.  Don't mess with it, please get help.

  4. well i read your question above hmmm about stressed thats my sick before but ill go in hospital to general check up direct to point its normal all but about stressed ONLY YOU CAN ADJUST YOURSELF and DONT THINKING<<THINK SO MUCH thats the part we can get a stressed and talk to your friends or out with your friends to be relax or listenning the pop music and if you know to dance go ahead thats the way im doing before when i got stressed before as of now the help of GOD im ok na and to remind you also DONT FORGET TO PRAY<<<<<good luck
