How do you rember which route to run when they call a football play. I dont get the 37 and stuff like that.?

I am a WR and I get confused on which route to run when they call a play. I dont understand.

It's all memorization.  They may call a play something that makes sense to them, but not you.

Just come up with a system that works for you or you won't be a wide receiver much longer.  The more pass routes you s***w up, the less likely you'll get the starting position.
