  1. I remember her as a woman who cheated on her husband, was cheated on by her husband, did s*** loads of charity work and was far more polite and photogenic than I will ever be :)

  2. Maybe I'm shallow, but the first thing I think of is her sense of style.  I was 13 when she came on the scene, and I just remember wishing I could be a princess so I could wear all those lovely gowns and just gorgeous suits and dresses.  We couldn't afford a lot when I was a teen, so I was stuck wearing a lot of hand-me-downs from my brothers and cheap stuff from K-Mart and Sears.  I longed to be stylish and beautiful like her.  I do remember blowing my first babysitting paycheck on a very dressy hat to wear to church.

Now, as I got older, I realized she was more than a Barbie doll, with a lot of compassion for the less fortunate, and as she came into herself, she became quite the spokeswoman for AIDS and abolishing landmines and whatever.

  3. I remember her as a fun loving lady who adored her boys.

I loved to hear her giggle as it was genuine.

The "men in the grey suits" struck out by the way she handled them she was a heck of a lot smarter than any of them

Eat ya heart out charlie boy you lucked out big time

  4. BOY!!

I remember her for being a flawed human being .. and before people hit the thumbs down .. tell me who among us isn't flawed to some degree????

I remember her now though as somebody who many people are NOT RESPECTING  because they are NOT allowing her to rest in peace and are making her out to be a Saint and really ... I think she would be prefered to be remembered just as a woman and a mother ..

  5. I remember her as a typical woman whose famous husband used her and cheated her of what was rightfully hers..his honesty and love....from there it degraded.

  6. A tarted-up beekeeper clearing mines

A white widow pouting at the Taj Mahal

    An ersatz baby kisser

A leech on the reputation of genuine charity workers

    BUT as a ROYAL "SPILL-de-BEANS " she excells .

  7. As a warm sincere person who was robbed of happiness by the bossy overbearing royals

  8. I remember her as a manipulative s**t.

  9. Every day I read the Daily Express and it's wearing a bit thin.
