How do you remove a ball pen stains on a plastic pencil case?

i think you can use hot water to steam out the stains i dont know usually i do the same thing to my binder but i dont know if it will work on pencil cases.

Nail polish remover or eucalyptus oil. Or just by a new one, there a couple of bucks each, if that =)

Hairspray! Seriously try it. It's a home remoday for getting ink stains our of clothes.

There are some great products called 'Stain Devils' who make just the thing to remove ball point and may other types of stains from fabrics.

They have managed to rescue a silk shirt for me, so the recommendation is personal use!

Haven't tried it on plastic.

Methalated spirits or nail polish remover

Plastic pencil cases are really cheap...LOL...but you asked so...1. magic eraser

        2. windex

        3. rubbing alcohol

        4. hairspray

        5. water with a splash of bleach

        6. dish soap..(apply directly..and then use a scratchy pad to scrub it off)

If any of these don't work...I have no clue what will. Good luck.

I would try rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover.
