How do you remove a hard drive on a dell inspiron laptop?

In the bottom of the case you have two removable covers.One for the memory and one for the hard drive.There is an icon (2 discs) for it.Just unscrew it and pull the hard drive.The drive may be in a housing so you have to remove it to put the new drive in it.

You will have to open the laptop case, disconnect the hard drive and there you go!
