you kind of have to shake it off.

a weak  curse is easier to shake off as it will have a weaker grip on you.

surprise the curse. one day when your walking to the fridge, out of nowhere slam your back into a wall repeatedly. yell " get off my back you stupid curse! " then fall to the ground and roll around a bunch. reach behind you and try to grab the curse by the shirt or the genitals. threaten the curse while you are doing this. say things like " I swear to god, when I get you off my back I am going to find out where you live and kill your entire family! " or just swear alot under your breath.

remember the key is to SURPRISE the curse. as long as the curse doesnt see it comming, then a swift smash into a wall should do the trick. good luck!

There is probably your first problem.  If you believe that something is going to have such a profound affect on your life, then it will.

Take control of your mind.  Know that you are in charge of your own life and that nobody else has any power over you - then this curse would not be as "strong".

You could also do some smudging of your home and yourself to cleanse any negative or unwanted energies.

Next, I will tell you there are dozens of curse removal methods. For a strong curse as specified, and speaking for my own self, I would probably take a 13 Herb bath for 13 days in a row, wash my whole house with saltwater, and burn an Uncrossing type incense every day until seeing results.
