When i was a teenager i weighed alot...at one point i was up to 270 lbs....in the last 3 years i've drastically changed my diet and lost over 100 lbs..i'm now down to almost 160.....but anway overall i have lost the weight and look a lot better all except for my stomach. I have no idea what to do and its embarassing and i have no desire for anyone to see it.its very saggy...like i know i still have some fat on it...but its still hanging and kinda wrinkly...like there's too much skin for the area ..which i'm assuming...i wanted 2 know if there is anyway to tighten it up or something...i dont think that working out is going 2 do much..but i'm open to suggestions....i know removing probably would be best ...but i financially can't afford to yet i dont think. anyway thanks.

  1. It could be removed by surgery.

  2. Maybe because when you were younger your skin can easily stretch out or maintain the body shape without the saggy skin. Maybe because you're old?? I recommend eating fruits and vegetables. Also foods that are good for the skin-- some sort of vitamin. >_>

    Oh well. Good luck!

And please help me with my question. [it's a girl question. so if you're a guy...preferably you really dont have to help]

  3. sorry to tell you

extra skin is just that extra

surgery is the only option if you have large amounts

once the skin is streched it doesnt shrink back

thats why some and a lot of some women have saggy bellys after giveing birth
