How do you remove late payments from credit report after the goodwill adjustment letter does not work?

Lexington Law firm removed my late car payments from my credit reports.

The only things you can do at that point are either dispute the lates with the credit bureaus or send the goodwill deletion letter to another person in the company with authority to do it.

Check their website,or call them ,they should have the number at the back of your credit card

Your late payments are a part of your credit history and only time can remove them from your report.
