How do you remove metled plastic from fiberglass?

Basically without messing up the (painted) fiberglass..

If you can freeze the plastic and make it more brittle than the fiberglass you may be able to chip it off.  If you hold some dry ice on the plastic it should become more brittle than the fiberglass.  If the fiber glass becomes brittle it will crack too so be careful.

Cover the area of melted plastic by aluminum foil then put a hot iron for few time until the plastic becomes soft , apply sharp metal edge like old knife to remove it , repeat until remove all
