  1. From your body or your yard?  Your body - go to your physician and he'll burn them off.  Moles in your yard?  If that is the case then there are supposedly humane mole traps.  I'll post one of the sites below.  I assume you're referring to "safe" as in the safety of the mole, correct?  I've never used a humane trap and have too many acres to worry about them however you can treat your yard with a pesticide that gets rid of their food source, primarily grubs, and they will move on to "grubbier" pastures.  Besides that there are inhumane traps that skewers them.  On occasion when their runs are high my mower has taken off the top layer of their run and they scurry about and quickly dig another tunnel.  I've often caught them and tossed them to my dogs who play with them before breaking their necks.  My youngest son thought he'd keep one as a pet but accidentally dropped it on the floor and it died instantly therefore they must be fairly fragile creatures.  Just pick it up behind the neck like a hamster if you catch one.

  2. The safest way is to go to a dermatologist.  Accidentally trying to remove the wrong mole may be hazardous to your health.

Be sure to search on line for pics of healthy and unhealthy moles so that you can better recognize a difference.

  3. Castor beans work nicely.  Keep them away from pets, because I'm not sure how they'll react to them, but they're what castor oil is made from, so they shouldn't be toxic to humans.  Fortunately, they ARE toxic to moles.  Drop a few down the mole hole, and they will eat them and die.  You can find them at some gardening centers, and they're also available in some seed catalogs--I'm sure they're also available on the web.

  4. have your yard sprayed and they will go to the neighbor's lawn for food.

  5. Go to a dermatologist, darling.
