How do you remove puffy paint from ceramic floors?

Try some acetone or nail polish remover. You could also try some ammonia and an old toothbrush to scrub it off.

Scrape as much of the paint off with a metal scrapper and then use some paint thinner or spirits mineral oil and dab the rest of the paint off.
