  1. CLICK START

    THEN "RUN"

    THEN WRITE "MSCONFIG"

THAT'S IT GO TO START UP AND UNMARK ALL WHAT YOU WANT

  2. Click, Start, then Run, then type: msconfig.exe, click on Startup. Uncheck all that c**p you don't want running at startup.

epid - there ain't no operating files or any programs that have to be loaded in your system tray that are contigent upon your PC running. Are you from Mars?

  3. Use Windows Defender system tool, which will not only allow you to do this but in many cases will identify what the process is. Removing some processes will stop your PC from working.
