  1. From what I heard, Lincoln Town Cars have different types of door panels, and you will need to go to your local Lincoln dealership and order a Rotunda Trim Kit 107-00401. Included will be a trim pad removing tool for prying the trim panel retaining clips from the door panels. Good Luck.
