How do you remove the non skid(black rubber) pad on a water slalom ski when installing a new binding?

It is the bad where you put your foot when using a rear toe strap and I was wondering if it is possible to remove.

With stuff like that dental floss usually works. Just get a strand of dental floss, get under the edge of the rubber and "saw" underneath the piece. You can also add mild cleaners or removers to help facilitate things. Becareful not to use anything too strong if you need chemical help, don't wanna damage the skis.
