How do you remove the rear speakers in a 02' buick regal?

I suppose I should be a little more descriptive. I know how to change speakers out. Thank you for that vague answer but it's really not needed. the problem I am facing is there are three black clips holding the speaker mount in. I need to know how to remove them.

take the cover plates off, then unscrew em.

and pull out gently, so you don't break wires, if you wanna hook up new ones.
