I am sensitive to chemicals and need to know how to remove the residue of conventional clothes detergent from second hand clothes I buy without using any more chemicals! I have tried washing the items multiple times in a natural clothes detergent but with no success - the item still reeks of the problem detergent. Dry cleaning is out of the question due to all the chemicals. Please let me know if you have the answer :)

  1. You simply pour in one cup of White Vinegar into the hottest water your clothes can handle and set washer on full cycle do not use any detergent or softner as this will lessen the vinegar effect and vinegar also softens there is no need for softner, pour into your fabric softner white vinegar for the rinse cycle also as this will take out what the washing did not remove, your clothes will come out like new and refreshed odor free and soft will all the detergent residue removed vinegar also removes lint and is safe for your whole washing, you can use this as a replacement for fabric softner in every load if desired no fabric softner needed and much less expensive than fabric softner Vinegar will not cause allergies or hurt skin it is natural and can be used as an all purpose cleaner/degreaser, stain remover, odor remover without harming your home or laundry Good Luck !
