The marks are on comic books. They are made by the price stickers. My brother wants to know. I need to know something that wont take the ink off.

  1. Goo Gone is a good commercial product to try.  It is archival safe and I have used it on old family photos with no problem, the liquid dries clear without any residue and no marks on the paper.  I have been amazed at this stuff!  However, to be safe do ask someone in a antiques shop just to be sure... it would be awful to have something happen to your collection.

  2. lighter fluid works like magic

  3. Goo Gone... that stuff rocks!

  4. Try using Oops. You can buy it at walmart. Just apply a little to a q-tip since you are working with a comic book. It removes everything.once my kids put some of that double sided tape on my door of the car and it was there for a few weeks and it came right off.  Hope this works for you.

  5. Spray some WD-40 on it.  Works great and most people have this around the house.   Everything is so expensive now so might as well use something you already have.
