How do you remove white 'stain' from facial?

i just got a facial at my local spa used with Coreme products. under the black light my face glows white! bright white! i went back to the spa and they tried to remove it, and its not coming off! i tried washing, scrubbing, exfoliating, waxing, everything!!! how do you remove this 'stain' from my face?!

It will fade away as your oils clean your face and you do your part to clean it.  Is it super noticeable?  I am sure it will go away quickly, just clean it with some vitamin rich water (with E capsuals) every night, and wash as you do regularly in the morning and it should just fade in a few days I am sure.
