How do you remove wood stain from concrete?

Does turpentine work? If so, should I scrub with it, or leave it there for a while and than scrub later?

bleach and let it sit for a while to intensify add comet with it

Use Muriatic Acid, the same stuff they use to etch concrete. It's avalible at all hardware & building supply stores.
