  1. I think i would replace it even if you try and repair it when you put any weight on it dont think it would hold.Pain i know.Good luck mate

  2. just use a piece off fibre glass matting soaked in resin and place behind the crack, it will repair it as good as new

  3. check out your local DIY shops and find BOSTIK epoxy putty,,,

its like 2 sticks of marzipan or plastercine,,,you mix the two(as much as you need )and fill in the crack with a generous overlap,,it sets like super glue and is completely waterproof and lasts for years,,,make sure tray is well dry before applying

  4. I would go and get some clear industrial calking, and fill in the crack.  You might see a little shine but it works really well, my brother in law had a larger crack and it worked for him.  Make sure when you buy it tho that its mold resistant.  Or you can get some extra strength stuff at industrial shops.  Thats what i used for my fish tank.

  5. There is a product called Marine Tex for repairing fiberglass boats that would work very well. It is available in white and if used properly it should make a long lasting repair. I have used it it the hulls of boats below the water line and never had it come off. I have found it at larger hardware stores and boating supply stores.

  6. I've never seen anything fixed with crack.

  7. no. sorry. would have to be patched from underneath to support weight.

buy a new one and a rubber mallet!!

hey ho welcome to the world of construction.

  8. You don't,get someone else with a bigger crack to do it ( try the wife! )
