  1. You may have pressure building up in the engine.  Try an engine flush liqud.

  2. Make them do it again. No way it should go bad in 2 weeks or 2 years.

  3. Find another repair shop and get a second opinion.  I can't see how a seal would go bad in two weeks.

  4. Possible the crank has a nic or scratch in it possibly from removal of old seal and it will just keep tearing up new seals.  Like the one guy said I would try the pcv valve and go from there.

    Good Luck

  5. Try changing the PCV valve and clean and recheck the oil leak.

Did the shop say anything about the engine might have to be rebuilt when they did the seal the first time? It sounds like they just don't want to redo a poor job that they did. Try talking to the owner/manager and then maybe the Better Business Bureau.

    Good Luck
